The four-bedroom unit is one of 108 at Toll Brothers’ [TRDataCustom] new luxury development, Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park. Two condos at 1 John Street in Dumbo also topped the list this month, with a penthouse selling for $6 million and a ninth-floor unit selling for $5.7 million, according to data provided by PropertyShark. In Queens, a Forest Hills Gardens home at 41 Shorthill Road was the borough’s biggest sale of the month with a price of $2.4 million.
