UPDATED, May 22, 2:55 p.m.

Fitness influencers Katy Hearn and Haydn Schneider sold their non-waterfront Boca Raton mansion to a nursing home chief for $7.2 million.

Records show Hearn and Schneider sold their estate at 8422 Lookout Circle to an LLC named for the address and managed by Benjamin Landa.

Toni Valentino of Compass had the listing, and Dan Karp of Keller Williams brought the buyer.

Landa is CEO of Woodmere, New York-based Sentosa Care, one of New York’s biggest for-profit nursing home operators. He’s a partner in other nursing home operations as well, and in December New York Attorney General Leticia James named Landa and his daughter in a fraud suit. The lawsuit alleges they were involved in a scheme led by nursing home operators Avi and Bent Philipson to divert government funds to themselves, leaving facilities understaffed and patients mistreated.

Hearn and Schneider are fitness influencers and the founders of supplement brand Alani Nu, training facility Katy Hearn Gym, CBD brand Onyx+Rose, and workout clothing line Stori, all based in Louisville, Kentucky. She has 1.7 million followers on Instagram, and he has 407,000 followers on the app. Alani Nu is the second most sold energy drink at Target, and reported $228 million in revenue in 2021, the Louisville Business Journal reported.

The couple bought the Boca Raton mansion in 2018 for $4.8 million in 2019. Built in 2018, the 9,000-square-foot house has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms, records show. The 1.1-acre property also has a pool, pool house, 600-bottle wine storage, and an outdoor kitchen, the listing shows.

Another fitness influencer and supplements mogul couple, Aaron and Darielle Singerman of RedCon1, sold their waterfront Boca Raton mansion in December for $10.2 million. Within days of the sale, Aaron Singerman was released from federal prison, serving a fraction of his sentence for selling illegal supplements.

More recently, a financier bought a waterfront Boca Raton spec home for $11.2 million in March. A real estate investment couple sold a waterfront spec mansion in Boca’s Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club for $18.6 million in November.
